Booking/Cancellation Terms and Conditions: Applies to all self-contained bookings only. Max. stay 7 nights. Valid year round (no-blockout dates) for travel to 31/03/2009. Must be taken as consecutive nights. No refunds for any unused nights. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival or if booking less than 30 days, immediately. All bookings will be confirmed by email, within 24 hours of receipt of funds.
Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Direct Deposit. If paying by credit card, Card Number, Card Name, and Expiry Date are required. Details can be supplied by email or telephone.
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a full charge for entire stay booked. Cancellations 15-30 days prior to expected arrival will result in a minimum charge of 50% total booking value at the discretion of management. Any balance due will only be refunded to the original credit card supplied.
Cleaning The property will be cleaned upon your
departure however it is expected that guests will leave the property
in a clean and tidy state. (i.e. dishes washed and put away, floors
swept etc). There is no need to wash any linen or towels. Any damage
to property or breakages must be brought to the attention of management
prior to check-out.
Inclusions: Sole Occupancy of Hog Bay Hill – 3 x Luxury Guest
Suites all with ensuites (shower only) and walk in robes, Full Kitchen
(dishwasher and microwave), Living Room complete with widescreen digital
plasma tv, surround sound home theatre system, selection of dvd’s
and cd’s, Dining Room, Laundry, Bed Linen, Bath Towels, Beach
Towels, use of Outdoor areas with furniture, BBQ, Telephone.
Not Included: Meals, Beverages, Toiletries, Bath
